TI-Slovenia has developed and signed an Integrity Pact with the Slovenian Ministry of Health to oversee the tender and contract implementation of the energy renovation of the Trbovlje and Novo mesto general hospitals. The company that won the bid and is fulfilling the contract also signed the Integrity Pact.

Administrative Capacity Integrity Pact

The Romanian Managing Authority of the Operational Programme for Administrative Capacity (MA OPAC) oversees technical support to other Romanian agencies that receive EU funds to help them with project management of the funds to EU standards. Through an Integrity Pact, the Romanian Academic Society will oversee the MA OPAC's tender and implementation of three service contracts.

Land Registration Platform Integrity Pact

In 2015, less than 50% of land titles in Romania were registered in the integrated system for cadaster and national land book (eTerra). To overcome this, the Romanian National Agency for Cadaster and Land Registration is undertaking a massive project with EU regional funds to register title in 793 "territorial administrative units" in less developed rural areas of Romania. Integrity Pacts are being used to oversee two out of three components of the necessary public procurement for this registration process.

Digital Library of Romania Integrity Pact

The Romanian Ministry of Culture and National Identity has begun a project to digitise all cultural artefacts and to create an online cultural digital library. This will allow public access to tens of thousands of cultural items - ranging from text and audio to 3D objects and video. The project will train relevant ministry staff in digitisation techniques and the development, cataloguing, and searchability of a national cultural digital library.

Romania’s National Anti-Corruption Strategy 2016–2020 includes the goal of increasing transparency and reducing the risk of corruption in public procurement.
