Senior Specialist, IT
50–100%We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our headquarters in Basel. Working closely with and deputising for the Head, IT and eLearning, the successful candidate will keep the Basel Institute’s systems secure, available and well-documented, lead the day-to-day implementation of the IT Security and Operations Policy and help with the safe and effective adoption of new technologies, including AI. The Senior Specialist will also supervise and develop the Associate, IT.

The position requires flexibility in line with the evolving situation.

80–100%We are seeking a behavioural scientist with exceptional quantitative skills to join our Prevention, Research and Innovation (PRI) team. The work at the intersection of research and practice involves the design and evaluation of pilot anti-corruption interventions that build evidence for real-world impact.

Full-time (100%)We are hiring a Programme Assistant to provide secretarial, administrative, logistical and basic financial support to the Basel Institute’s operations in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Senior Programme Manager
80–100%We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join our Prevention, Research and Innovation (PRI) team to manage a portfolio of programmes with a primary focus on the newly launched three-year project entitled “From Risk to Resilience: Locally Led Solutions to Address Systemic Corruption and Advance Inclusive Development.”
Programme Officer – Latin America (Green Corruption)
Full-time (100%)We are hiring a Programme Officer to support the implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and reporting of the Basel Institute’s Green Corruption programme in Latin America.
