Bulgarian Collective Action Platform

14 June Bulgaria Collective Action Platform

The Basel Institute will co-host an event to mark the establishment of the Bulgarian Collective Action Platform.

This platform brings stakeholders from the public sector and the private sector together to enable peer learning and foster collaboration. The aim is to support the commitments and anti-corruption reform agenda of the government of Bulgaria, as per its 2021-2027 Anti-Corruption Strategy

This high-level discussion will focus on public procurement processes, examining the value of High-Level Reporting Mechanisms (HLRMs), Integrity Pacts and the Blue Dot Network certification.

Speakers include:

  • Richard Nephew – Coordinator on Global Anti-Corruption, US Department of State
  • Helene Budliger Artieda – Swiss State Secretary for Economic Affairs
  • Nicola Bonucci – Member of the Board, Basel Institute on Governance
