Dr Mirtha R. Muñiz Castillo is an independent consultant specialising in public integrity, internal control and corruption risk management. She has collaborated with the Basel Institute’s Green Corruption and Subnational Public Finance Management programmes in Latin America, providing technical assistance, advisory support and training.
