Giovanna Rodriguez-Garcia is a Research Fellow at the Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, where she teaches measurement and data analysis.

She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (CIDE). Her work focuses on measuring corruption and institutional integrity in Latin America. She is the author of an index to assess corruption risks in political parties and coauthor of a multidimensional index for monitoring progress on SDG 16.5.
