Lawyer, expert in organisation management, design and implementation of projects, programmes, public policies, government control, negotiation in social conflicts and international negotiation. She has a master's degree in administration and public management in Spain and 18 years of work experience as an independent consultant, advisor and holding various positions in the executive branch, the most recent being that of Minister of State in the portfolio of Development and Social Inclusion.
