Roberta Diamond joined the Basel Institute in April 2023 as Communications and Media Intern to support the rollout and evolution of the Basel Institute’s communications strategy. 

Roberta is a professional classical singer and has worked as a translator, an editor and an intern/volunteer for NGOs including Amnesty International and the School for Life Foundation.

She speaks several languages including Spanish, Italian, French, German and Arabic.

Roberta has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, International Relations and Languages from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Master’s in Music from the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis in Basel, Switzerland.
