International Anti-Corruption Day Conference 2026

International Anti-Corruption Day is a chance to celebrate the people working against corruption – and to show what their efforts mean in practice for people’s lives, public services, the environment, economies and institutions.

On 9 December 2026, UNODC, the OSCE and the Basel Institute on Governance will bring together diplomats, policymakers, practitioners and experts in Vienna and online. The conference will highlight anti-corruption work across different fields and explore how it can contribute to tackling wider challenges, from climate and environmental crime to technological change, public finance and business integrity.

Through a series of short, cross-disciplinary discussions, the event will seek to build bridges between the anti-corruption community and those working in other fields. It will bring different perspectives into conversation, showcase practical approaches from different regions and sectors and identify opportunities for stronger cooperation.
