Integrity Pacts in Germany - Country Overview

In the decade from 2005 - 2015, TI-Germany helped implement and served as CSO monitor for five Integrity Pacts in Germany. The IP model has been adopted by the Howege Housing Authority as a mandatory element for bidders to participate in its tenders.

The largest IP that applied to the Berlin-Brandenburg airport resulted with TI-Germany withdrawing due to ongoing corruption concerns in its procurement. Nevertheless, the IP experiences in Germany have helped develop integrity and compliance standards within Germany.
