Prior to that, Francisco has already worked for the Basel Institute as a consultant.\n\nBefore joining the Basel Institute, Francisco was a Legal Advisor to the Environmental and Social Remediation Programme of Ecuador’s Ministry of Environment (2010–2012) and to the Constitutional Court of Ecuador (2013–2016).
