She supports the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Basel Institute’s programmes in Ukraine.\n\nDaryna has 15 years of experience working with international organisations and Ukrainian public institutions, including in the areas of rule of law, justice and home affairs, and institutional reform.\n\nBefore joining the Basel Institute, Daryna spent more than five years with the European Union Advisory Mission Ukraine, where she supported the implementation of the Mission’s mandate in the area of civilian security sector reform and coordinated cooperation with EU justice and home affairs agencies.
